The preferred solution for new integrations is to use the Inspera Assessment API. This is a set of REST APIs that allows reading, creating and updating content in Inspera Assessment. Access to the API is controlled via OAuth using API Keys defined either on regular users or on dedicated system users in Inspera Assessment.
Documentation and usage of the Inspera API is available to all authenticated users in Inspera Assessment, and does not require any extra action by Inspera.
