Essay in Player 2.0

The text input field has become larger, replacing the two modes standard and fullscreen in the old player. This means that any images and PDF-panels are available whilst working on the text. Additionally, this ensures that candidates receive eg. offline warnings in a consistent manner. 

1 - Connection status and last saved. The text is still automatically saved every 15 seconds.

2 - Toolbar always available. Regardless of where in the text the candidate is, the toolbar is always available at the top. 

3 - New sketch tool.  Diagrams and sketches are now combined into one, new sketch tool.
