This article will no longer be updated. New article available at support.inspera.com.
Norwegian: Vurdering av muntlig eksamen
English: Grading oral exams
The information page for the oral exam is very similar to other exams. It is indicated in the blue banner that it is an oral exam.
Ready for grading  - Note that as a grader you can start to mark an oral exam as soon as the test start time is reached.
Marking a candidate
As soon as the oral or practical exam starts for a student the grader clicks "Start oral exam"
When the exam has started for the chosen candidate, the duration will update continously. The grader can set a grade directly or open the different questions.
If the grader opens the question he will see the question text. The question text in an oral exam is not viewable by the student and is written for the graders only..
It could be a list of relevant questions the grader can ask the candidate or a list of what the candidate should include in his answers.
States
Because the candidate will not open the oral exam in Inspera Assessment, it is the grader that will change the candidates status during an oral exam. The initial state for a candidate is "Did not attend".Â
