Understand the Candidate Progress types

 

The Monitor Progress column provides live information on candidates´ progress throughout a test. The timestamp next to the progress status indicates when the candidate was last online.

Inactive

The candidate is not active. The candidate has not logged in or is offline. If the status column is empty, the candidate has never logged in.  

Dashboard

The candidate has logged in and sees the student dashboard.

Ready

The candidate is ready to start the test. The browser is approved, and if the test requires Safe Exam Browser the candidate has opened SEB and entered the four-digit SEB pin. The orange Start the test button becomes available once the start time of the test is reached. Until then, the candidate waits here.

In Progress 

The candidate has opened the test and is working on his submission.

Submitted 

The candidate has submitted his answers.

 

Blank submission

The candidate has delivered an empty submission.

Withdrawn (avaliable on request)

The candidate has decided to withdraw from the test.

Open for resubmission

The candidate has submitted or the test has ended, but the candidate has been given permission to continue working.
