We are committed to consistently improving the Inspera Assessment user experience. Our cloud-based platform allows us to maintain an agile production cycle and provide users with bug fixes, enhancements, and new features in various environments.

What is Release Notes?

Our release notes offer brief, high-level descriptions of enhancements and new features. We include setup information, tips to help you get started, and best practices to ensure your continued success.

Inspera Assessment function in an agile environment, meaning new features and updates are released into various environments monthly, sometimes even more frequent. The maintenance window for planned deployments is 10pm to 6am CET, the first Friday of the month (unless otherwise specified on status.inspera.no). Scheduled releases are deployed during these maintenance windows, usually without requiring downtime.

Release Communication

We provide both a heads-up information, Pre-Release Notes, as well as now-live information, Release Notes, in British English. Both contains new features and updates coming to the production environment + all fixed bugs. Pre-Release notes are sent minimum 10 days in advance by email to all customers subscribing.

All product updates, including critical emergency changes (patches and error correction) are also communicated on the web page status.inspera.no, as well as changes to the planned release schedule. Customers can subscribe to updates on the status page and get notifications via email.
