Grading not Ready?

In order for a test to be ready for grading, the system performs certain checks. Checks that fails are divided into blockers and notifications.
Blocker have to be fixed before grading can start, notifications are issues the might require attention.

Blockers

Test not ended (does not take into account extratime for candidates)
Graders missing a committee when the test is using committees
Gradeable candidates (candidates that have delivered) without a grader
Candidates that have redelivery open

Notifications

Some candidates did not deliver.
One or more graders is in a committee without any gradeable candidates
