Flagging of candidates makes no changes to the candidate - the purpose is to have a visual marker of candidates that need follow-up or other actions at a later stage.

Flag individual and multiple candidates for follow-up

In Monitor, select one or more candidates. You can Flag and Unflag a candidate as shown in the image, or you can use the dropdown menu at the right for individual candidates.

You can later filter the flagged candidates under Properties.
