What to look for when performing a visual inspection of a candidate

Tip:

If the candidate is online, use the Monitor message service to ask the candidate to contact an invigilator if (s)he is experiencing problems

 

1 - Is the candidate able to continue working? 

2 - Has an error message appeared on the candidate´s screen? 

3 - Does everything look normal on the candidate´s screen? If the test requires Safe Exam Browser, check that the candidate is still working in SEB

4 - Ensure the candidate´s submission is still saving regurarly by looking at the Submission saved column in Monitor
