  • In Monitor, check Submission Saved time stamp for potential saving delays
  • Inspera Monitoring Services includes pro-active support for potential loss of data.




Network error

Reports network errors in candidate delivery

Offline

Candidate has lost internet connection for more than 2 minutes.

Follow procedures for Loss of Internet



Quit SEB

Candidates have been logged out of SEB using the invigilator password.

To log back in, follow the procedures for Re-login to SEB with Invigilator Password
